We are passionate about mental well-being and helping people to get the
best out of themselves. We aim to respond to all messages at the earliest possible opportunity,
however, it is important to note we are not an acute or emergency mental health service.
We do not operate a 24-hour service.

another person’s mental health or safety please do not wait. These services
are available to help you:
1. Your GP or NHS 111 outside of your GP hours
